6.Reviews, texts, comments.

We do not use our reviews to report SCAM or Fraudulent websites, we only make reviews (our our team) on our personal review on the websites that we review. We can advise our users to use that website or not, but it's up to their decision to choose what to do from here. We can't be responsible for any losses or any harm caused by our reviews to a website or a business. All the loss or harm that can be created by our members to the websites or business that we reviews cannot be from our responsability, and don't take part of anything like that.

Our reviews are created by our members, and we don't take any responsability on those reviews, we only tag those reviews with our logo, to refer them to our website, and advertise our website. Everyone is ilegible to create and submit a review to our website, we only post or show the reviews we think that are the most honest, and that those reviews will not cause any harm or loss to any individual or company in question if unfunded.

All legal actions aganist our reviews will be redirected to the member in question, and we take no responsability on those reviews/texts/comments that users can submit on our website.

8.Governing Law and Forum..

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted according to European Union Law, and Portugal Law. For all disputes arising out of related to this Agreement or Service Orders, the parties irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Portugal. Customer addresses for purposes of service of process Ptscam.com is awarded amounts due from Customer or the individual or company involved in the process of a legal dispute. Ptscam.com shall be awarded (either in that action or by way of a separate action) it's costs and expenses of litigation (including reasonable attorneys fees), through trial and appeal. Ptscam.com may at its sole discretion seek leave conduct any legal process as described herein in any jurisdiction of any country where a customer or a company involved in a legal dispute with us or defendant cannot otherwise be brought to order under the laws of European Union and Laws of Portugal.

9.Miscellaneous.

This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal applicable to agreements made and to be performed in Portugal. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between PTSCAM.COM and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Portugal . Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. PTSCAM.COM's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. PTSCAM.COM may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

10. Registration.

Your registration will not use your personal information to sell it's content or provide that content to any other party involved, all information is kept on our database, and we will not use this information for any purpuse, except for sending 1 or 2 emails per month with news regarding the website.

If any user don't want to receive an email from us he can contact us, and we remove his address from our mail list.

We will not sell this mail list to anyone, any party.

All newsletters and emails that we sent will contain REMOVAL instructions for removing their email from our mail list.

We only kept our records for user info just for statistic purposes, and email list, nothing else.
